The weather

Talofa. My name is Werahiko. Today is Wednesday 16 April. Today is very wet and very cloudy and cold. the sun can not come out of the clouds it is very gray and wet. Lost nigt it almost caused a flood at our home they was a big river on our drareucwy it was very wet and cold and cloudy.

This term we have been studying birds and we have been learning about the beaks and the feet and telling them apart from other birds. I'm doing the yellow-eyed penguin - the hoiho- I picked this bird because it is a cool bird. I have done some facts and its food is squid, red cod, small fish and it regurgitates it to chew it up for the little bird to eat.

Im surrounded by green Im hidding under my benbag curld up then sudinly I her fot stepsvcome to words me my hart is pumping fast. the foot steps are suddenly fading. then I hear plates bang together how's that I peek through a little gap. oh it's just my mum doing the dishes I heardmy friend ask do you know where Frsnces is. My dad replied"no I havent".Im hoping that my brother won't come and sit on me. that would hurt. Im so hot and it's very stuffy under her. I here her say make a nous so I did and she stil asent find me I make a nother nous this time

under the clothes,you never know when they are coming.
Suddenly footsteps coming this way my heart starts to pump loudly,
I faintly hear thier footsteps they prowl into my dark gloomy hiding spot,
the light flicks on I hold my breath,they look around whispering"I know you are in here you will give up some day"They walk away quietly turning off the light.
They leave that was close,Ibetter stay here they will come look again.Suddenly my cat comes and jumps on my face,I try not to laugh with her bushy tail rubbing against my soft skin.They have come back looking for me,my cat starts to lick me I
couldnt resist but I did I laughed,they looked up they said "found you lets start all over again.

It is very warm in the drying cubord.Im squisheed among fluffy towels ,ive got a sheet over top of me.Suddenly the door swings open I hold my breath and then it closes again,few it was just mum puting towels away she didnt see me.Then the door opens again but just acrack my sister peeking and pretending she cant see me.The door shuts and she leaves. Dont worry she will be back.Oh oh she forgot to shut the door.I reach over to shut the door and it swings open my sister shouts "I foun you".

I quietly tiptoe in.I hear a faint number though I was miles away.
I curl up into a ball and hope this darkness will vanish in to pure sunlight,
so I can see how many creatures are about to scamper up my body.
I hear a devilish sniggering outside the opening door. I fumble into the
shadows when I catch a glimpes of both the seaker and the outside world.After what seems a hundred years they leave and I uncurl, shake my numb feet, burst open the door and shout " I win!!!!"
